Tuga is a heroic Spanish-speaking sea turtle. An exceptionally strong swimmer, she can zip Diego through the water on her shell or protect her friends from stinging jellyfish. She has known Diego's family for a very long time and is always very delighted to help Diego on his rescue missions in the ocean.
